I am the sole, in-house IT Support Technician in a small business of about 50 people. We have roughly 45 users on a normal working day in the office so being able to view browsing history would be of major benefit to us. We have Sophos Endpoint as our office-wide Anti-Virus software, but it does not have the capabilities of gathering browser history.
This led to research various products online that would allow this, but nothing seems to be at all like what we are looking for.
We've been in contact with our ISP about this and they have come back to us saying they can offer a Cisco Meraki security Appliance which is sort of what we're looking for. Company management thinks this is quite high and want's me to look at other possible options. Any ideas? Simply looking for a way to remotely view user browser history, in detail, i. Activtrak is a great tool but only works with Windows and Mac which I think is most of your environment. Realistically though, what's costing more money - a 1 year Meraki license or a bunch of employees wasting time. You can buy a PFSense appliance or make one yourself, hehe. I vouch for this too.
